The Urology IDM Steering Group was established to undertake the following responsibilities:
- Agree terms of reference for the project
- Oversee development and implementation of project plan
- Ensure appropriate advice is identified and secured
- Ensure appropriate patient, clinician and local management involvement is in place in each site
- Ensure agreed methodologies are applied across sites
- Ensure knowledge management and cross site learning takes place
